1. Free Services

ShowdownMaster offers free access to basic battle creation and viewing features. No refunds are applicable for free services as no payment is required.

2. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide enhanced features such as:

• Unlimited battle creations
• Advanced customization options
• Priority AI processing
• Exclusive character packs
• Ad-free experience

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: Persistent technical problems preventing service use for more than 7 consecutive days
• Billing Errors: Unauthorized charges or duplicate billing
• Service Unavailability: Extended service outages affecting your premium features
• Subscription Cancellation: Requests made within 7 days of initial purchase

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Partial subscription periods already consumed
• One-time purchases of battle tokens or credits
• Custom character commissions
• Refund requests made after 30 days from purchase
• Violations of our Terms of Service

5. Refund Process

8. Pro-Rated Refunds

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us directly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees. We prefer to resolve billing issues directly with our users.
